Do I need a cookie banner?

The tracker does not set cookies, but it stores visitor and session identifiers in the browser. Consent and notice requirements depend on your location and how you use the service. See storage and consent.

How accurate is the country?

It is an estimate based on a reported country, the browser’s timezone or its language region. Seean does not use IP geolocation for analytics. Shared timezones and device settings can produce incorrect estimates; the globe does not show a visitor’s precise location.

Do you filter bots?

Seean labels recognised bot user agents in Sources → Bots. This is not comprehensive bot detection: labelled visits remain in analytics and count toward event usage. See bot identification.

Can my client see the dashboard without an account?

Yes. Create a share link in Settings → Sharing. It is read-only and can be revoked anytime.

What can I export?

You can export event and order records for a selected date range as CSV on every plan. These exports do not include every stored field or every data type, such as Web Vitals samples.

How do I manage my data?

Export event and order records from your dashboard, or delete a website from its settings. See our privacy policy for retention and our DPA for processing terms.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Existing analytics remain subject to the retention policy and any deletion you request.
