This page separates Seean’s current workflows from features you may have used in other analytics products.

Available workflows

Seean includes website management, Overview statistics, Events activity log, Realtime, funnels, campaigns, Web Vitals, Search Console integration, first-party collect with an optional customer-owned collection domain (requires the hosted certificate service; see the script guide), revenue reporting (per-website attribution defaults, paged orders and a refund ledger, attribution-only path rules), read-only share links, CSV export, PDF and weekly email reports, Roll-up, account management and billing. Integration availability can depend on deployment configuration.

Tracking behavior

Automatic pageviews use pathnames and supported history navigation. Custom events and 404 markers use the tracker API. Browser opt-out and path/hostname exclusions are documented in Exclusions.

Hash paths and cross-domain handoff are opt-in script options. Built-in conversion presets require enabled rules and automatic conversions in the tracker configuration; new and never-configured websites receive the standard rules with automatic conversions on. Section visibility events require attributes on the selected elements; Seean does not collect continuous scroll position.

Installation platforms

Use the installation guide for HTML, Astro, Next.js and platforms with custom head code. A platform’s ability to run the standard snippet does not mean Seean ships a plugin or verifies every version.

These explain browser installation, not native plugins or payment connectors. Platform controls were checked against official documentation; this is not an end-to-end certification of every hosted editor, plan, version or checkout. Verify the actual published application using each guide’s checks. A script that cannot run with its required attributes is not a verified installation.

Revenue providers

The server order API accepts verified orders and full or partial refunds from your integration in the website’s reporting currency, and derives attribution from the buyer’s tracked visits. Native webhook connectors for Creem, Mollie, Paddle, Polar, RevenueCat, Revolut, Shopify, Stripe, Superwall and Whop verify each provider’s signature and record paid orders and refunds; each provider guide lists the events, metadata keys and limits that apply. On Shopify Online Store themes the tracker writes the attribution into the cart automatically; accelerated buttons that skip the cart are not covered, and live-store verification is still pending. Polar handling Seean subscriptions is separate from importing your own customers’ orders.

Integrations and public profiles

Public profiles publish selected owned sites with optional revenue. The CLI and local MCP adapter use scoped traffic, revenue and management permissions. Raycast offers a local Script Command and a locally imported extension (website search and a live-visitors menu bar item); there is no Seean Raycast Store extension or remote MCP hosting.

Plausible, Fathom and Umami exports and the DataFast API can supply daily history through Settings → Data. Accepted complete days contribute to unfiltered Overview, Roll-up, shared dashboards, reports and API reads, with source definitions and unavailable metrics identified. They do not recreate raw sessions or intersected filters. The import guide explains supported data and limits.

The analytics and management API supports website or owner-workspace keys. Revenue and writes require explicitly selected permissions; legacy read-only keys retain their original scope.
