Open Overview → Devices to compare the environments visitors use.

Browsers groups browser families, OS groups operating systems, and Devices groups categories such as desktop, mobile and tablet. Click a row to filter the Overview by that dimension.

How classification works

Categories are inferred from request user-agent information. A modified, reduced or unrecognized user agent can produce an unknown or imperfect classification. The tracker does not send screen dimensions.

Investigate an issue

Use the same device or browser group when checking Performance. A large traffic share identifies a useful testing target; it does not itself establish a performance problem.
