Events on the dashboard

The Overview → Events card summarizes custom events in the selected report.

Count and share

Count shows occurrences per custom event name. Share expresses each name as a percentage of the total custom-event count. A custom event can occur more than once for the same visitor; counts are not unique people.

Filter by event

Click a row in Count to select that event name. The Overview uses matching sessions as its filter scope. Remove the event chip above the KPIs to clear it.

Inspect individual records

Open Events from the sidebar for the activity log. This is separate from the summary card. To add an event, follow custom events; to compare a sequence, use funnels.
