Shared dashboards

Share links let someone view a website’s read-only Overview without signing in.

Create a link

1. Open Settings → Sharing.
2. Choose Create link.
3. Copy the generated URL and send it to the intended recipient.

Anyone with that URL can use it. Treat it as access to the shared analytics rather than a public site address.

What recipients can see

The share page shows the read-only Overview for the linked website and its available date ranges. It does not grant settings access or ownership of the account.

A share link is not a team invitation. Team roles and per-person access are not currently available.

Revoke access

Choose Revoke beside a link and confirm. That URL stops granting access; other share links remain independent. If a link reaches an unintended audience, revoke it and create a replacement for the intended recipients.
