Export data

Open Settings → Export on the website you want to export, then select the report period.

Events CSV

Choose Download events CSV. The file contains timestamp, event name, path, referrer, country, browser, operating system, device, visitor and session identifiers, and UTM source, medium and campaign.

Custom properties are not columns in the current CSV.

Orders CSV

Choose Download orders CSV for timestamp, amount, currency, product, order kind, refund state, visitor identifier and supplied attribution fields. Amounts are recorded in cents.

Download progress

Exports fetch records in pages and show progress. Keep the page open until completion. If a download is cancelled or fails, read the displayed message and retry; an incomplete export should not be treated as a complete archive.

The selected site and range determine the export. Overview filter chips are not additional CSV export filters.

Summary reports

For a readable summary instead of raw records, use PDF and email reports. Export data before deleting a website or account.
